  • Role Overview: As a Pre-Enrollment & Patient Engagement Specialist, you’ll be the first voice patients hear setting the tone for their care journey. You’ll guide them through intake, earn their trust, and help them take that first step toward better health. It’s a unique mix of warmth, precision, and proactive coordination.

Requirements

  • Exceptional English communication skills (verbal + written, neutral accent preferred)
  • Experience in healthcare coordination, patient intake, or support
  • Comfort using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce), dialers, and SMS platforms (e.g. OpenPhone)
  • Strong attention to detail — you’re the type who catches the typo others miss
  • Poise under pressure — you stay solution-focused, even when things get busy
  • Background in telehealth, concierge medicine, or multi-provider practices
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and secure messaging best practices
  • Comfortable with digital tools: spreadsheets, Slack, dashboards, and AI chat interfaces
