About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as an operational point of contact for assigned partners, managing day-to-day requests, follow-ups, and coordination to ensure responsiveness and continuity.
- Execute onboarding actions, campaigns, placements, promotions, and launches according to agreed commercial terms and established playbooks.
- Coordinate with Content, Product, SEO, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure initiatives are implemented accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain trackers and monitor performance indicators, surfacing anomalies or risks, and proposing next steps to the Director, Head, or relevant Lead in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate partner records, agreements, and updates in CRM and internal systems to support reliable reporting and continuity.
- Support payment follow-ups, verify implementation accuracy, and escalate discrepancies promptly to protect payment timelines and reporting accuracy.
- Provide operational coverage across partner accounts when required to ensure uninterrupted partner support across the Commercial Partnerships team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, account coordination, or online marketplace environments.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets and performance data.
- Interest in developing commercial partnership management skills.
