Oversee digital marketing operations and ensure content flows from creation to customer engagement and sales
Manage AI tools to repurpose athlete videos into multiple formats for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, ads, and other platforms
Schedule and test content performance using Metricool and Later.com to maximize reach
Generate copy and caption variants using ChatGPT/Jasper and review AI outputs for brand consistency
Build and maintain community automation and DM flows using ManyChat and Klaviyo to capture leads and enable follow-ups
Create and send Klaviyo email marketing campaigns (2 branded emails per month) and plan seasonal promotions
Manage content library, coordinate uploads, and track athlete content delivery and performance against deadlines
Connect content to DM flows and Klaviyo email/SMS funnels to drive sales
Perform light marketplace maintenance on Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center (~1 hr/week each): monitor ad spend, check ASINs/SKUs, verify listings, monitor reviews, check fulfillment, run light promotions
Support CEO content promotion for podcasts, YouTube, and founder-led content targeting 35–55 demographic
Collaborate with remote teams via standard tools (Slack/Zoom/Email) and report to CEO/marketing leads as needed
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce operations, or marketing coordination
Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (preferably Klaviyo)
Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Marketplace operations
Strong organizational skills to manage a content library and track multiple deliverables
Excellent attention to detail for reviewing AI-generated content and ensuring brand consistency
Understanding of sales funnels and how to connect content, DMs, email/SMS, and promotions into revenue
Strong communication skills for direct collaboration with leadership (CEO, marketing leads, athlete managers)
Highly proactive and able to work independently in a remote environment
Adaptable, willing to learn and optimize new AI tools
Comfortable balancing creative brand work with operational detail
Results-driven, focused on turning content into measurable growth and sales
Nice to have: Experience in sports, fitness, or lifestyle brands; familiarity with influencer marketing and UGC campaigns; previous work in startup or lean marketing teams
