About the role

  • Conduct user research and usability testing
  • Analyze user behavior and identify experience gaps
  • Create personas, user journeys, and flow diagrams

  • Analyze findings and iterate on designs
  • Optimize user flows based on data and feedback
  • Partner with product managers and developers
  • Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
  • Participate in reviews, planning sessions, and critiques

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of UI/UX design experience
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process
  • Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and UI design
  • Solid understanding of UX principles and interaction design
  • Strong visual design fundamentals (layout, typography, hierarchy)
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • User research or usability testing experience (Preferred)
  • Conversion-focused or CRO design exposure (Preferred)
  • Experience designing SaaS, mobile apps, or dashboards (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) (Preferred)
  • Basic understanding of front-end constraints (HTML/CSS concepts) (Preferred)
