- - Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and job boards
- - Conduct in-depth research on candidate backgrounds, skills, and experience

- - Draft targeted, compelling outreach messages

Requirements
- **Must-Haves (Required)****Experience**
- - 1-2+ years in sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition
- - Proven experience building pipelines independently
- - Strong execution in high-volume sourcing environments
- **Sourcing Skills**
- - Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
- - Strong candidate research and evaluation skills
- - Experience sourcing beyond job postings
- **Screening**
- - Experience conducting structured screening calls
- - Sound judgment in pre-qualifying candidates
- **Communication**
- - Excellent written and verbal English
- - Strong candidate-facing presence and rapport-building skills
- **Technical**
- - Experience with ATS platforms (Workable, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
- - Advanced Google Workspace skills
- - Strong organization and attention to detail
