Requirements

  • - Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
  • - Strong candidate research and evaluation skills
  • - Experience sourcing beyond job postings
  • **Screening**
  • - Experience conducting structured screening calls
  • - Sound judgment in pre-qualifying candidates

  • - Excellent written and verbal English
  • - Strong candidate-facing presence and rapport-building skills
