About the role

  • Conduct 50-100+ outbound calls per day to generate new business in English and Spanish-speaking markets
  • Identify and qualify sales leads in North and South American territories
  • Build and maintain strong pipeline of prospects and recurring customers across bilingual markets
  • Reactivate dormant accounts through strategic outreach and relationship rebuilding

Requirements

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) with professional business communication skills in both languages
  • Sales Experience: 1-3+ years in cold calling, telemarketing, inside sales, B2B lead generation, or sales support roles
  • High-Volume Calling: Comfort with conducting 50-100+ outbound calls per day consistently
  • Phone Skills: Strong communication skills with confident phone presence and ability to build rapport
  • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
  • Cultural Fluency: Understanding of cultural nuances in business communication across Spanish-speaking markets
