About the role

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between internal leadership and creators within Discord.
  • Translate written creative briefs into clear, creator-ready instructions.
  • Respond to creator questions promptly to remove blockers and maintain production momentum.
  • Maintain real-time visibility into content that is shipping, stalled, or requires escalation.
  • Enforce posting cadence, output volume, and performance expectations across creators.
  • Monitor content execution quality and ensure compliance with brief requirements.
  • Proactively address missed deadlines, delays, or quality gaps before escalation.
  • Provide tactical, written feedback to improve creator execution and results.
  • Manage creator queues, timelines, and handoffs to maintain readiness and consistency.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks impacting iteration speed or production output.
  • Document creator workflows, standards, and best practices to support scaling.
  • Contribute to building repeatable systems as creator volume increases.
  • Maintain tight alignment with leadership on priorities, progress, and operational risks.
  • Communicate clearly on what is shipping, blocked, or needs immediate attention.
  • Support internal coordination as tools and workflows continue to evolve.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in creator operations, content operations, or production management.
  • Strong working knowledge of Discord for professional community management and daily operations.
  • Clear understanding of creator workflows, including clipping and slideshow-style CPM content production.
  • Exceptional written English communication skills; role is primarily text-based.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused with strong accountability instincts.
  • Comfortable operating between business leadership and creator communities.
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to independently close operational loops.
  • Experience managing creators, editors, or high-volume content production pipelines.
  • Background in performance-based creator environments with view, CPM, or output targets.
  • Familiarity with CPM-based creator compensation models and incentive structures.
