About the role

  • Build, optimize, and scale recruitment operations systems, data, and processes
  • Administer and optimize ATS and related recruitment tools
  • Configure recruitment workflows, stages, permissions, and automations
  • Maintain system documentation and usage guidelines
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs, build dashboards, and analyze funnel data
  • Ensure data accuracy and maintain cleanliness of candidate and pipeline data
  • Map and document end-to-end recruitment workflows and identify inefficiencies
  • Lead recruitment operations initiatives and projects to support recruiters

Requirements

  • Must-Haves (Required)
  • - 2–3+ years of experience in recruitment operations, recruiting, or sourcing coordination
  • - Proven experience administering and optimizing an ATS
  • - Strong analytical skills with experience building reports and dashboards
  • - Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment workflows and metrics
  • - Experience improving processes and operational efficiency
  • - High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • - Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
  • Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)
  • - Experience scaling recruitment operations in high-growth environments
  • - Background supporting multiple recruiters or teams
  • - Exposure to automation tools or workflow optimization
  • - Experience with BI tools or advanced analytics
  • - Prior hands-on recruiting or sourcing experience**
