About the role

  • Develop paid advertising strategies aligned with growth and acquisition goals
  • Set up and launch campaigns across major advertising platforms
  • Build campaign structures with proper tracking, naming conventions, and attribution
  • Develop audience targeting and keyword strategies
  • Coordinate with creative teams on ad requirements and specifications
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
  • Optimize bids, targeting, placements, and budgets to improve efficiency
  • Analyze performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, and CPM
  • Scale winning campaigns and pause underperforming ones
  • Troubleshoot delivery, tracking, and policy-related issues
  • Design and execute structured A/B tests for creative, audiences, and funnels
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters using performance insights
  • Analyze test results and document learnings
  • Test multiple formats, messages, and audience segments across platforms
  • Manage and pace advertising budgets responsibly
  • Allocate spend across platforms based on performance
  • Forecast campaign performance and budget requirements
  • Ensure spend efficiency and alignment with profitability goals
  • Track and analyze performance using platform and analytics tools
  • Create performance summaries with actionable insights
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis to inform future strategy
  • Execute platform-specific best practices based on primary channels
  • Stay current with platform updates, algorithms, and new features

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in paid advertising, media buying, or performance marketing
  • Hands-on experience with at least two major advertising platforms
  • Proven ability to manage campaigns and improve performance metrics
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, conversion tracking, and optimization
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for reporting and analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong ownership, attention to detail, and accountability
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)
  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple platforms or regions
  • Background in e-commerce, DTC, lead generation, or affiliate marketing
  • Experience with attribution tools, CRO tools, or funnel optimization
  • Familiarity with advertising automation, scripts, or rules
  • Exposure to international or Spanish-speaking market campaigns
  • Platform certifications (Google Ads, Meta, Amazon, LinkedIn, TikTok)
