About the role
- Lead day-to-day operational execution across teams and workflows
- Translate business objectives into clear operational plans
- Identify gaps, risks, and inefficiencies across operations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Design, document, and optimize operational processes and SOPs
- Implement automation to reduce manual work and errors
- Improve cross-functional workflows and handoffs
- Maintain operational documentation for scale
- Track operational KPIs and performance metrics
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports
- Analyze trends to support data-driven decision-making
- Communicate insights clearly to leadership
- Oversee capacity planning, scheduling, and workload distribution
- Support onboarding, training, and performance management
- Ensure accountability and operational consistency
- Foster strong execution habits in remote environments
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and operational projects
- Manage timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
- Escalate risks and blockers proactively
- Ensure on-time and high-quality delivery
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or operational leadership roles
- Strong ability to build and improve operational processes
- Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to guide decisions
- Experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- High ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
- Comfort working independently in a fully remote environment**
- Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)
- Experience scaling operations in fast-paced or startup environments
- Exposure to automation, systems integration, or process design
- Background managing distributed or contractor teams
- Experience supporting leadership or executive initiatives**
