About the role

  • Own Pearl Talent’s full sales funnel, from lead generation to close.
  • Improve lead-to-sale conversion rates through messaging, qualification, and process optimization.
  • Close high-value client deals while refining sales positioning.
  • Launch and test new outbound and inbound sales initiatives.
  • Build, train, and manage a high-performance internal sales team (SDRs and AEs).
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, call reviews, and performance coaching.
  • Run daily or weekly team enablement and learning sessions.
  • Develop SDRs into strong closers through structured training.
  • Own CRM accuracy, pipeline management, and reporting for Pearl Talent.
  • Refine sales playbooks, SOPs, workflows, and qualification frameworks.
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies across Pearl’s sales process.
  • Implement data-driven improvements to sales execution.
  • Partner with marketing to align lead generation, messaging, and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with operations and client success to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Maintain a premium sales experience for Pearl’s clients.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or revenue leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of driving net-new client acquisition.
  • Experience managing and scaling internal sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of funnel metrics, conversion optimization, and pipeline management.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Ability to work full-time during US Eastern Time hours.
  • High ownership mindset and comfort operating in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent marketplaces.
  • Background in startups or high-growth companies.
  • Experience improving sub-20% conversion funnels.
  • Familiarity with performance-based sales compensation models.
