About the role
- **Key Responsibilities:**

- - Optimize job posts for Google for Jobs and job board algorithms.
- - Ensure consistency and clarity across job posting formats.
- - **Framework & Template Development **
- - Create reusable job posting optimization templates.
- - Develop an actionable SEO checklist for recruitment workflows.
- - Build frameworks that enable the team to independently optimize future job posts.
- - **Performance Tracking & Insights **
- - Define metrics and KPIs for job posting visibility and conversion.
- - Provide documentation on how to measure and track performance.

Requirements
- **Must-Haves (Required)**
- - 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
- - Proven success improving job visibility, ranking, and applicant volume.
- - Strong understanding of job board algorithms, ATS optimization, and Google for Jobs.
- - Experience training or coaching non-technical teams.
- - Ability to produce clear frameworks, documentation, and templates.
- - Familiarity with recruitment operations and hiring workflows.
- - Excellent English communication skills.
