About the role

  • - Provide ongoing guidance during training engagement.

  • - Optimize job posts for Google for Jobs and job board algorithms.
  • - Ensure consistency and clarity across job posting formats.
  • - **Framework & Template Development **

  • - Develop an actionable SEO checklist for recruitment workflows.
  • - Build frameworks that enable the team to independently optimize future job posts.
  • - **Performance Tracking & Insights **

Requirements

  • **Must-Haves (Required)**
  • - 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
  • - Proven success improving job visibility, ranking, and applicant volume.
  • - Strong understanding of job board algorithms, ATS optimization, and Google for Jobs.
  • - Experience training or coaching non-technical teams.
  • - Ability to produce clear frameworks, documentation, and templates.
  • - Familiarity with recruitment operations and hiring workflows.
  • - Excellent English communication skills.
