- Strengthen the company’s technical thought leadership in the AI and machine learning developer community.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search intent and discoverability.
- Improve on-page SEO, internal linking, and overall content structure.
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and content performance metrics.
- Support backlink development and content amplification initiatives.
- Monitor content and growth KPIs using analytics dashboards.
- Run experiments to improve CTRs, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Synthesize insights and present recommendations to stakeholders.
- Continuously refine growth strategies based on performance data.
- Plan, create, and publish high-quality content across blogs, landing pages, email, and social channels.
- Translate growth objectives into clear content themes and editorial calendars.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, positioning, and SEO best practices.
- Produce technical, developer-focused content in collaboration with internal teams.
- Manage content distribution across owned and earned channels.
- Repurpose content for social platforms, newsletters, and community spaces.
- Identify growth opportunities through partnerships, communities, and emerging channels.
- Test and iterate on messaging to improve reach and engagement.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in growth, marketing, content, or strategy roles.
- Hands-on experience with SEO and content optimization.
- Strong writing and editing skills, including comfort with technical topics.
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into action.
- Demonstrated interest in technology or basic programming experience.
- Experience in SaaS, B2B technology, or developer-focused products.
- Familiarity with content-led or product-led growth models.
- Exposure to CRO, experimentation, or paid media testing.
- Experience working in fast-paced startups or scale-ups.
- Must-Haves (Required):
- Google Analytics, Mixpanel, PostHog, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, CMS platforms (Webflow, Framer, or similar), documentation and async communication tools
