About the role
- Maintain complete, accurate CRM data (HubSpot or equivalent) for all deals and contacts.
- Conduct daily hygiene checks: update deal stages, merge duplicates, and ensure full visibility.
- Assign and track leads to ensure timely follow-ups and zero pipeline drop-offs.
- Build dashboards and reports for conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and forecasting.
- Produce weekly performance summaries for leadership and sales teams.
- Track inbound and outbound flow to identify bottlenecks or improvement areas.
- Prepare meeting agendas, action trackers, and follow-up documentation.
- Facilitate smooth communication between the founder, SDRs, and closers.
- Monitor outbound sequences for cadence accuracy and prompt response handling.
- Conduct prospect research and list enrichment via Apollo or Sales Navigator.
- Support sequencing and outreach setup when needed.
- Audit campaign data to maintain consistent quality and performance tracking.
Requirements
- 1–2 + years of experience in Sales Operations, RevOps, or CRM/SDR support.
- Proven expertise managing CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational discipline.
- Ability to work full-time with reliable MST time-zone overlap.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, founder-led organization.
- Background in outbound or SDR support (prospecting, sequencing, list management) (Preferred)
- Familiarity with tools such as Apollo, Instantly, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator (Preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, tracking, data validation) (Preferred)
- Experience with Notion, Zapier, or similar documentation and automation tools (Preferred)
- Prior experience in marketing, performance, or agency operations (Preferred)
