About the role

  • Identify the highest-impact improvements across our API endpoints, schemas, data models, and webhook capabilities.
  • Partner with our product specialist to evolve our documentation, integration guides, onboarding tutorials, and code examples.
  • Own the end-to-end onboarding journey for fleets and platform customers.
  • Spend real time with customers — brokers, TMSs, fintechs, fleets — understanding their operational workflows and where data does and doesn't deliver value today.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience, ideally with APIs, data platforms, developer tools, or SaaS infrastructure.
  • Logistics, supply chain, or fintech experience is a meaningful plus.
