• Create and manage Amazon shipment plans
• Run and optimize Amazon Deals and Coupons
• Perform inventory forecasting and stock monitoring
• Manage Amazon Creator Connections
• Assist with and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns
• Handle Walmart account management (if applicable)
• Monitor and resolve Amazon account health issues
• Create and optimize Amazon product listings
• Open, track, and resolve Amazon Seller Central cases
• Conduct A/B testing for listings and creatives
• Perform flat file uploads and bulk listing updates

E-commerce Assistant

Video Editor

• Edit and produce product videos, influencer content, ad creatives, and brand content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
• Enhance raw footage with effects, transitions, sound, and graphics to create polished videos.
• Adapt content for different platforms and ad formats.
• Collaborate with influencers, designers, and marketers to align creative output with campaign goals.
• Maintain brand consistency and meet project deadlines.

• Design digital assets for our website, email campaigns, paid ads, and social media
• Create and maintain product imagery, banners, and promotional visuals
• Use Figma to assist in designing and refining user interfaces (web & mobile)
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align visuals with campaign goals
• Ensure consistent brand visuals across all platforms
• Apply light UI/UX thinking to improve layout, usability, and visual hierarchy

• Research and vet pet niche influencers and UGC creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Execute high-volume cold outreach via DMs and email
• Personalize outreach messages for higher response and close rates
• Negotiate gifted, commission-based, and paid collaborations
• Manage influencer campaigns from onboarding to content delivery
• Coordinate product seeding, shipping, and creator tracking
• Ensure content aligns with brand, creative, and compliance guidelines
• Track coupon codes, affiliate links, UTMs, and sales attribution
• Monitor performance across CTR, CVR, AOV, ROAS, and revenue
• Maintain influencer records in CRMs and tracking sheets
• Support UGC pipelines for paid ad usage and seasonal product launches
