About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap with the Head of Operations and Business Excellence
  • Gather and prioritise product and client requirements through stakeholder discussions, research, feedback and data
  • Translate business and client needs into product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Manage and maintain the product backlog
  • Make day-to-day prioritisation decisions within the agreed product strategy
  • Identify product improvement opportunities based on client needs, user feedback and performance
  • Keep the leadership team informed through product communications
  • Support development, engineering and other teams in delivering product improvements
  • Participate in sprint planning, reviews and Agile or iterative development processes
  • Track progress, identify issues, resolve blockers and support product releases
  • Act as a point of contact for product-related questions across the agency
  • Translate client feedback into actionable product improvements
  • Communicate product updates and changes to internal and client-facing teams
  • Monitor product usage, engagement and other relevant metrics
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to identify improvement opportunities
  • Evaluate product changes and inform future development
  • Support longer-term product planning and development

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–4 years' experience in product management, product ownership, digital delivery, project delivery or a related role
  • Experience across some or all stages of the product lifecycle
  • Experience gathering and translating requirements into clear, actionable outputs
  • Experience working with technical, design or development teams
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Data-informed approach to problem-solving and decision-making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum or other iterative development approaches
  • Confidence to ask questions, challenge assumptions and make recommendations
  • Proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to get into the detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience with insight, research, consulting or data-driven products is advantageous
  • Experience with client-driven or B2B products is advantageous
  • Familiarity with Amplitude, Mixpanel or Google Analytics is advantageous
  • Experience conducting user research or usability testing is advantageous
  • Experience with SaaS or digital products is advantageous
  • Understanding of technical concepts and digital product development is advantageous
