Junior Analyst, Data and Insight
Catalyx North AmericaJunior Analyst supporting data analysis, reporting, and insights for global brands in Sofia. Working with Excel and AI tools in a collaborative hybrid environment.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support data analysis, reporting, and project delivery
- Work with datasets in Excel to organise, clean, and analyse data
- Support the creation of reports and summaries from quantitative research
- Assist in reviewing qualitative responses and pulling out key themes
- Help prepare content for client deliverables
- Create and update PowerPoint charts and slides using data provided
- Ensure outputs are clear, accurate, and visually consistent
- Support the team in preparing client-ready presentations
- Assist with research setup (e.g. surveys, screeners, link testing)
- Support the running of projects, including checking data quality
- Help manage qualitative research platforms (e.g. reviewing responses, prompting participants)
- Work with team members across different locations to keep projects on track
- Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) to support day-to-day tasks and improve efficiency
- Learn how AI can be applied to research and analysis
- Stay open to new tools and ways of working
Requirements
What you’ll need- Recent graduates, or Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in research, analytics, or a similar field
- Strong Excel skills (comfortable with formulas and working with data)
- Basic PowerPoint skills (creating or editing slides and charts)
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working with numbers and data
- Clear and organised communication
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Any exposure to market research or data analysis (Desirable)
- Experience using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) (Desirable)
- Familiarity with survey tools or reporting platforms (Desirable)
