About the role
- Write persuasive marketing copy for advertisements, flyers, headlines, emails, presentation decks, and landing pages
- Edit and proof marketing materials for accuracy, clarity and tone, ensuring alignment with brand voice and style
- Maintain a light style/voice guide for internal use
- Serve as final eyes before publishing or releasing key communications
- Partner with teams across the organization to translate complex ideas into plain language
- Work closely with designers to pair words and visuals effectively
- Support leadership by polishing presentations, decks and external communications
- Report to Director, Brand & Creative Services and contribute to marketing and sales channels
Requirements
- 3-5+ years in copywriting or editorial roles (B2B, nonprofit, social impact preferred)
- Proven ability to write persuasive, audience-focused copy
- Exceptional editing and proofreading skills; high attention to detail
- Ability to switch between high-level messaging and line-by-line editing
- Experience creating style/voice guidelines a plus
- Strong project management skills; comfortable working across multiple deadlines
- Experience with HubSpot and Asana a plus
