Sales Development Rep

• Qualify and nurture B2B leads
• Generate new opportunities and provide pipeline and sales enablement support.
• Play a key role in account management support, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and expansion within existing partnerships.

• Schedule discovery and closing calls for senior team members.
• Maintain Salesforce with accurate activity tracking, lead status, and pipeline updates.

Sales Development Associate

Salesforce Administrator

• Serve as the product owner and primary Salesforce administrator, managing platform, integration project, users, security, roles, profiles, and permissions.
• Configure and maintain objects, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and automation (flows, workflows, approval processes).
• Maintain data quality through audits, duplication, and governance policies.
• Contribute to HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Asana, Cvent, and other Salesforce-connected platform integrations.
• Identify and resolve system inefficiencies, ensuring scalable, repeatable processes.
• Improve pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and revenue reporting through Salesforce.
• Partner with Finance and Operations teams to align data tracking with organizational goals.
• Support staff adoption by providing training, documentation, and responsive support.

Project Manager

• Serve as the connective tissue across the Product Team’s diverse workstreams, ensuring alignment, clarity, and momentum
• Manage web publishing projects: coordinate content development and webpage building, manage publishing calendar, ensure metadata and archive assets appropriately, assist distribution of SCORM files
• Oversee translation projects and vendors: manage localization, track translation budgets, ensure quality control of translated content, utilize AI to streamline translation
• Provide coordination support for virtual and in-person events
• Act as central coordinator across product initiatives: define and track timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
• Run the Product Roadmap in Asana and spreadsheet and run weekly standup
• Stay aligned with cross-functional teams on shared projects
• Coordinate implementation of Supporter feedback on Fee For Service products in partnership with Product Managers and KTSD team members
• Reports to Senior Director of Product Management in the Product Management department

Copywriter

• Write persuasive marketing copy for advertisements, flyers, headlines, emails, presentation decks, and landing pages
• Edit and proof marketing materials for accuracy, clarity and tone, ensuring alignment with brand voice and style
• Maintain a light style/voice guide for internal use
• Serve as final eyes before publishing or releasing key communications
• Partner with teams across the organization to translate complex ideas into plain language
• Work closely with designers to pair words and visuals effectively
• Support leadership by polishing presentations, decks and external communications
• Report to Director, Brand & Creative Services and contribute to marketing and sales channels
