About the role
- Develop and execute an integrated talent management and learning strategy aligned to business priorities and growth objectives.
- Lead initiatives across performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and career pathways.
- Ensure programs support frontline, corporate, and creative teams within a retail/fashion ecosystem.
- Oversee the design and deployment of learning programs, including leadership development, functional capability building, and onboarding.
- Leverage AI-powered learning tools (e.g., content curation, skills inference, learning analytics, personalization) to enhance learning effectiveness and scale.
- Seek efficiencies of workflow re-design using AI resources.
- Evaluate and optimize learning technologies, platforms, and vendors to drive adoption and impact.
- Operationalize skills-based talent models and Talent supply readiness for critical capabilities.
- Use talent data, AI tools, and workforce insights to identify skill gaps, predict talent needs, and measure program effectiveness.
- Partner with HR Analytics and Technology teams to embed AI-enabled solutions into talent processes (e.g., skills taxonomies, internal mobility, learning recommendations).
- Translate data into actionable insights for senior leaders.
- Build leadership capability at all levels through targeted development experiences and coaching.
- Support organizational design and change initiatives in partnership with HR and business leaders.
- Ensure talent programs reinforce Catalyst Brands’ culture, values, and leadership expectations.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, including the Sr. Manager of Learning, Talent Management Specialist, and Org Design Sr. Specialist.
- Establish governance, standards, and best practices across talent management and learning disciplines.
- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and program roadmaps.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Learning, or related field preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in talent management, learning, or organizational effectiveness, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in retail, fashion, or consumer-facing industries strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience using AI-enabled tools and digital platforms to support learning, skills development, or talent processes.
- Certifications Preferred: SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CPTD, or equivalent certifications.
