About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support growth within the Building Acoustics market
- Expand wholesale distribution channels and strengthen customer relationships
- Drive revenue through strategic market engagement
- Partner closely with sales leadership, rep firms, and marketing
- Own sales growth objectives and manage sales pipeline data
- Provide training for distributors, reps, and customers

Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years of field sales experience with demonstrated success in wholesale/distribution channels

- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills

- Willingness to travel regularly
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (preferred)
