About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute GMP manufacturing operations independently across multiple unit operations such as spray drying, blending, encapsulation, and packaging
  • Adjust equipment within defined process limits
  • Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment and process deviations
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation
  • Coordinate material handling and staging activities
  • Assist in deviation investigations
  • Identify and recommend process improvements
  • Interface with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and Engineering as needed
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience
  • Working knowledge of GMP is preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as needed
