About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute GMP manufacturing operations independently across multiple unit operations such as spray drying, blending, encapsulation, and packaging
- Adjust equipment within defined process limits
- Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment and process deviations
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation
- Coordinate material handling and staging activities
- Assist in deviation investigations
- Identify and recommend process improvements
- Interface with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and Engineering as needed
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience
- Working knowledge of GMP is preferred
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as needed
