About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing Consumer Health customers
  • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on Consumer Health/OTC brands where Catalent is not yet present
  • Lead product and commercial proposals, quotations and negotiations
  • Coordinate daily operational topics with internal teams (R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality)
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting
  • Ensure professional, reliable and consistent customer communication
  • Attend tradeshows, exhibitions and congresses across EMEA
  • Travel within EMEA to support business development activities
  • Lead the entire sales cycle from initial cold outreach and "door-opening" to qualification and final contract closing
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in the regions to identify new niches and competitive advantages

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven track record of successfully winning new business in a competitive B2B environment
  • 5 to 10 years of commercial experience in Consumer Health, Pharma, or Healthcare
  • Experience in a CDMO setting is a distinct advantage
  • Deep knowledge of the customer landscape in France & MEA; an existing network in these markets is highly desirable
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex, long-cycle sales processes within a matrix organization
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior customer stakeholders
  • Fluency in French and English is mandatory, Arabic is a plus
