About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Help own and manage the annual budget and monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts for corporate functions, partnering closely with ELT stakeholders
- Partner with corporate function leaders to provide financial insights, variance analysis, and actionable recommendations
- Support the preparation and delivery of monthly management reporting packages and monthly ELT financial reviews
- Analyze financial performance, key drivers, and KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the business
- Collaborate with Accounting to ensure alignment between financial reporting and forecasts
- Partner with segment FP&A teams to ensure alignment between corporate and business unit forecasts, assumptions, and reporting
- Respond to ad hoc requests from senior leadership, delivering timely and insightful analysis to support decision-making
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, required
- Minimum two years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or a related analytical role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, advanced formulas) and PowerPoint (executive-level presentations)
- Solid understanding of financial statements, variance analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Strong business partnering skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
- Experience working with financial systems and reporting tools (e.g., OneStream, Power BI, or similar platforms) preferred
