About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the company-wide revenue strategy, targets, and operating plan across Enterprise and Private Equity segments
  • Define and refine go-to-market strategy, including segmentation, account coverage, pricing, and sales motion
  • Personally engage strategic accounts and senior executives, and help close and expand key engagements
  • Own Revenue Operations systems, processes, data, tools, and CRM
  • Define, track, and report revenue and marketing KPIs
  • Drive pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy, sales operations rigor, dashboards, pipeline reviews, and performance reporting
  • Evaluate and implement AI-powered tools across sales and marketing
  • Partner with technology leadership on AI enablement and adoption
  • Represent market needs internally and partner with Product and Engineering on positioning and monetization
  • Set and execute brand, positioning, demand generation, product marketing, and client communications strategy
  • Align marketing and sales around shared goals, metrics, and feedback loops
  • Lead and develop Enterprise sales, Private Equity sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Sales Operations leaders
  • Own talent strategy, organizational design, hiring, onboarding, enablement, career paths, and compensation structures
  • Build AI fluency across sales and marketing teams
  • Partner with the CEO, CFO, and executive team on company strategy and planning
  • Collaborate with Expert and Delivery organizations to ensure engagements are well scoped, staffed, and delivered
  • Present commercial results, strategy, and market insights to the executive team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 15+ years of progressive commercial experience, including significant leadership of both sales and marketing organizations
  • Experience in professional services, consulting, SaaS, B2B marketplace, technology, or platform business
  • Understanding of selling in a services-oriented business rather than a purely transactional or subscription motion
  • Experience selling to enterprises and/or private equity firms and their portfolio companies is a strong plus
  • Track record of owning a revenue number and scaling growth at a comparable or greater-scale company
  • Demonstrated success building, developing, and retaining high-performing sales and marketing teams, including organizational design, enablement, and compensation planning
  • Experience leading or overseeing Revenue Operations, including CRM, commercial systems, KPI frameworks, and forecasting processes
  • Demonstrated experience adopting AI tools within sales or marketing, or a credible hands-on perspective on AI’s impact on commercial work
  • Prior CCO, CRO, or senior commercial leadership reporting to a CEO preferred
  • MBA or equivalent is a plus
  • Strong analytical and operational rigor with fluency in revenue and marketing KPIs, pipeline metrics, forecasting, and marketing performance data
  • Exceptional executive communication skills with C-level executives, PE Managing Directors, and Operating Partners
  • Fluency with modern AI tools
  • Ability to establish processes from scratch and make pragmatic decisions with incomplete information
  • Collaborative, low-ego leadership style and ability to earn trust across functions
