Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the end-to-end financial accounting process, ensuring precision in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
Assist with financial modelling, budgeting, and board-level reporting to support long-term business goals
Design and implement scalable financial systems and internal controls that enhance efficiency
Manage tax filings, statutory audits, and regulatory requirements
o keep the business ahead of the curve
Collaborate across departments to provide financial clarity and support data-driven decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–6 years of experience in finance or accounting
Strong technical accounting background: comfortable with revenue recognition (IFRS 15 / ASC 606), ESOP accounting, accruals, deferred expenses
Exposure to FP&A responsibilities: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis
Advanced Google Sheets and/or Excel skills; ability to build formulas and automate workflows
Nice to have: Dutch language skills
Knowledge of Dutch GAAP
Chartered Accountant (RA/ACA/ACCA) qualification, or actively working towards one
