Key responsibilities & impact

Execute end to end implementation activities for assigned client accounts, including configuration, data validation, and workflow setup
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and resolve standard implementation issues
Prepare status updates, implementation trackers, and client-facing documentation for review by senior team members
Conduct testing activities and support resolution of discrepancies between client requirements and configured solutions
Build working knowledge of client-specific needs and implementation methodology to improve efficiency over time
Provide guidance to Client Implementation Analysts on tasks and standard procedures

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, information systems, or a related field required
2-4 years of experience in client implementation, project coordination, or a related professional role
Ability to manage multiple implementation workstreams simultaneously under general supervision
Familiarity with implementation tools, CRM systems, and project tracking platforms
Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in client-facing interactions
Healthcare or health services industry experience preferred
