About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive product strategy and execution across a portfolio of products
- Lead a team of Product Managers and collaborate with cross-functional partners
- Define & communicate a clear product vision and strategy
- Translate company strategy into a clear, outcome-driven roadmap
- Coach and develop a team of Product Managers
- Partner with Engineering, Design, and other functions for product delivery
- Utilize customer research and data to inform product decisions
- Track KPIs and OKRs across the portfolio
- Communicate priorities and results to stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4-8+ years of experience in product management
- 2+ years managing other Product Managers
- Experience driving strategy across multiple scrum teams
- Deep understanding of Agile and Lean methodologies
- Ability to mentor PMs and build high-performing teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance) is a plus
- Proficiency with product management tools like Jira and Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field; MBA is a plus
