About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead employee relations matters: performance concerns and progressive discipline
- Provide trauma-informed coaching to leaders
- Act as a trusted resource for employees navigating workplace concerns
- Provide employment law guidance and support leaders across the employee lifecycle
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of progressive human resources experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management or a degree in a related field
- Working fluency in both English and French (written and spoken)
- Experience working with or alongside Indigenous communities
- Strong understanding of multi-jurisdictional employment standards legislation
- Excellent coaching and conflict resolution skills
