Key responsibilities & impact

Continuing conversations with one of their clients to gather additional information to finalize the network diagram and start configuring and finalizing the nodes.
Performing final fine-tuning on the completed CEE upgrade while executing required night activities as part of ongoing project work.
Providing ongoing operational support by actively handling and resolving tickets, including CDR-related, IoT, and ChirpStack issues.
Planning and coordinating the BSP upgrade with the vendor.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to coordinate project activities, exchange technical information, and support smooth execution of operational and upgrade tasks.
Researching, recommending, and implementing technical solutions to improve mobile network performance and reliability.
Supporting the UAT and troubleshooting of issues found and taking timely corrective action.
Introducing new equipment while maintaining equipment under responsibility.
Generating reports and analyzing data on the assigned projects.
Monitoring and analyzing technical reports.
Preparing technical procedures to execute the task, while also collaborating closely with the vendors and customers for the information required.
