About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure end-to-end system functionality across mobile applications, web portals, and backend APIs
- Validate real-time communication features including call quality, stability, and performance
- Design and execute test scenarios for network instability, packet loss, and reconnection flows
- Perform functional testing across authentication, role-based access, dashboards, and API layers
- Identify, document, and track edge cases affecting user experience and system reliability
- Collaborate with engineering teams to reproduce, isolate, and resolve defects
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and test coverage
- Support regression testing for releases and hotfix deployments.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in real-time systems, VoIP, or communication platforms
- Strong experience in mobile (iOS/Android), web, and API testing
- Solid understanding of real-time systems behavior (latency, jitter, packet loss, call drops)
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or REST-assured
- Experience with UI automation tools such as Selenium or Playwright (nice to have)
- Familiarity with network simulation or performance testing tools is a strong advantage
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, distributed engineering environments.
