About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Spearhead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central functional implementations
Gather, analyze, and document business and operational requirements
Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder alignment meetings
Configure and optimize Business Central modules based on client requirements
Support finance, purchasing, sales, inventory, warehousing, and operational workflows
Perform gap-fit analysis and recommend scalable ERP solutions
Collaborate with technical consultants and developers on integrations and customizations
Support data migration, UAT, training, and post-go-live activities
Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and solution specifications
Provide ERP best-practice recommendations and process improvement guidance
Support integration initiatives across the Microsoft ecosystem
Assist with troubleshooting, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant
Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV
Strong understanding of ERP processes including: Finance & Accounting Purchasing & Sales Inventory & Warehouse Management Supply Chain Operations
Experience conducting workshops and managing client stakeholders
Experience supporting full ERP implementation lifecycle projects
Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions
Experience working within consultancy or partner environments is advantageous
Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform is considered a plus
Familiarity with Business Central integrations and customization processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent English communication skills.
