About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Be part of our Global Engineering Network!
- Responsible for designing, building, and deploying next-generation AI/ML and Generative AI solutions that drive business transformation at scale.
- Own the end-to-end AI lifecycle: data ingestion, model development, deployment, and monitoring.
- Build and optimise scalable ML pipelines and services.
- Develop AI-driven automation solutions, including intelligent agents.
- Implement MLOps best practices (CI/CD, model versioning, monitoring, retraining).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, data) to deliver AI solutions.
- Translate business needs into technical AI use cases and architectures.
- Stay up to date with emerging AI trends and contribute to innovation initiatives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced degree in AI, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or software engineering
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI / LLMs / NLP systems
- Experience building data pipelines (ETL, Spark, Airflow, etc.)
- Solid understanding of: Machine Learning and Deep Learning, NLP, information retrieval, or recommendation systems
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Familiarity with containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience working in production environments (MLOps, deployment, scaling)
- Experience with: Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents / multi-agent systems, Large-scale distributed systems
- Knowledge of AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices
- Contributions to open-source, research, or patents.
