About the role
- Lead business requirement gathering workshops and translate requirements into functional designs
- Configure and implement Oracle Cloud Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Accounting Hub)
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best-practice solutions aligned with Oracle standards
- Support full lifecycle implementation activities (design, build, test, deploy, hypercare)
- Coordinate and support UAT sessions and resolve functional issues
- Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for integrations and customizations
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Financials (Cloud Financials and/or EBS)
- Proven full lifecycle implementation experience across multiple finance modules
- Strong understanding of finance processes (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash)
- Experience in client-facing consulting roles within enterprise environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related field
- Oracle Cloud Financials certification is an advantage
- CPA or professional accounting qualification is a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
