About the role

  • Lead business requirement gathering workshops and translate requirements into functional designs
  • Configure and implement Oracle Cloud Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Accounting Hub)
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best-practice solutions aligned with Oracle standards
  • Support full lifecycle implementation activities (design, build, test, deploy, hypercare)
  • Coordinate and support UAT sessions and resolve functional issues
  • Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for integrations and customizations

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle Financials (Cloud Financials and/or EBS)
  • Proven full lifecycle implementation experience across multiple finance modules
  • Strong understanding of finance processes (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash)
  • Experience in client-facing consulting roles within enterprise environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related field
  • Oracle Cloud Financials certification is an advantage
  • CPA or professional accounting qualification is a plus
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
