About the role
- Implement, monitor, and improve security controls.
- Respond to incidents and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Monitor security alerts from SIEM, EDR, firewalls, and other security tools.
- Prioritize and track remediation of vulnerabilities across IT infrastructure and applications.
- Assist in designing and implementing security solutions (firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, etc.).
- Maintain and enforce cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.
- Stay updated on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and attack techniques relevant to the technology distribution sector.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles (analyst, engineer, SOC).
- Hands-on experience with: Firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint security, SIEM.
- Vulnerability scanning tools (Nessus, Qualys, OpenVAS).
- Incident response and forensics.
- Microsoft 365 security suite and cloud security (Azure/AWS).
- Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs) and operating systems (Windows, Linux).
- Understanding of common security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST).
- Relevant certifications such as Security+, CEH, CySA+, SSCP, or similar.
- Fluent in French.
