About the role
- This is a remote position.
- Working on the PortaOne project for Government related projects, handling system integration, implementation, testing and migration.
- Preparing for a PortaOne system upgrade.
- Performing the maintenance on the SIP Trunk after the successful interconnect conversion and migration.
- Coaching Junior Engineers, mentoring and training on handling normal operations and support tasks.
- Worked on SIP over TLS to secure phone calls routed over the public internet, conducted testing, attended scheduled maintenance, and collaborated closely with the relevant team on troubleshooting plans for issues encountered.
- Created a procedural documentation of their successful registration of one customer to SIP over TLS to ensure knowledge transfer and system clarity.
