About the role
- Conduct site surveys and gather detailed information for accurate estimates.
- Prepare scopes of work and quotations for commercial projects.
- Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals are accurate and delivered on time.
- Identify opportunities for additional services and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all estimates and proposals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service with strong interpersonal skills.
- Background in estimating jobs and preparing detailed proposals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a field-based environment.
- Full UK driving licence and Right to Work in the UK.
