About the role
- Lead, coach, and take full responsibility for the growth of fellow engineers
- Collaborate with Product Squads and Clinical teams to translate medical needs into digital experiences
- Manage multiple concurrent development projects
- Mentor and empower team members to grow
- Own the technical roadmap of the application
- Use LLMs for coding and develop a multi-agent environment
- Collaborate with Rehabilitation and Prevention experts for mobile experiences
- Define processes and introduce best practices for development
Requirements
- React Native expert
- Extensive experience in mobile application development
- Proven track record of mentoring or leading engineering teams
- Highly experienced in practicing Over-the-Air (OTA) updates
- Actively use LLMs in coding workflows
- Expert in modern JS frameworks with years of experience in web/frontend and mobile development
- Strong interest in backend technologies (Node.js, TypeScript, Ruby on Rails)
- Experience with end-to-end testing frameworks (like Cypress)
- Deep understanding of state management frameworks (like RxJS or Redux)
- Ability to analyze complex customer requirements
