About the role
- Develop and own the go-to-market strategy for all products and services
- Oversee the successful launch and commercialization of new products and SaaS services
- Build and lead an integrated commercial team comprising Sales, Marketing, Customer Success & Growth
- Define and manage relevant KPIs across the customer journey
- Collaborate cross-functionally between Commercial, Tech, and Medical
Requirements
- Proven track record of scaling organizations under your leadership as VP / Director Growth / Sales or CCO / CGO from €20M to €100M in revenue
- Deep expertise in pricing, packaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
- Experience analyzing complex markets
- Negotiation-level proficiency in German and English (C1)
