About the role
- Own and expand Caseware’s technology partner relationships within our growing third-party ecosystem.
- Drive partner reach, delivering mutual growth, and ensuring the realization of value for all ecosystem participants.
- Define and operationalize the Partner Playbook - establishing the frameworks, processes, and success metrics that guide partner intake, evaluation, and certification.
- Collaborate closely with Senior Leadership, Engineering, Legal, and GTM teams to shape how partners commercialize, integrate, and scale on the Caseware platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, consulting or ecosystem strategy, ideally within SaaS or enterprise software.
- Demonstrated success in developing and scaling technology or platform partnerships.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience structuring deals, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth.
- Understanding of API-based integrations, marketplaces, and SaaS commercial models.
- Excellent relationship management, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Strong analytical and operational mindset; able to build frameworks and track performance metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field; MBA is an asset.
