About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provides centralized support focused on supporting the sales operations team’s strategic objectives.
Collaborates closely with key partners across the organization.
Leads tactical execution for the management of the sales process and sales technology solutions.
Champions a unified approach to sales management including sales planning and process across all lines of business.
Maintains knowledge of and expertise in Customer Relationship Management software (MS Dynamics 365) and other related sales technology solutions.
Implements sales technology best practices to accurately capture and store data.
Acts as a resource to the team, providing support and guidance and coordinating with relevant internal parties to resolve issues.
Maintains knowledge of the latest technologies, version updates, and enhancements and recommends updates.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
4+ years of CRM experience, MS Dynamics preferred
2-4 years of project experience working with inter-departmental teams
Strong verbal and written communication, organizational and planning skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
Demonstrated ability to critically analyze and improve system workflows.
