Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related field

Professional certification in total rewards or a specialty credential preferred (e.g., CCP, CSRP, GRP, CECP, CSCP)
Strong knowledge of compensation principles, job evaluation methodologies, market analysis, and applicable regulatory requirements
Advanced analytical skills and a commitment to data integrity
Ability to influence and advise leaders through clear, data-driven insights
Flexibility to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
