- Respond efficiently and accurately to customers' concerns
- Build rapport with customers and maintain lasting relationships
- Meet or exceed call center metrics and provide excellent customer service
- Engage with customers to assess needs and make sales recommendations
- Participate in training and learning opportunities to expand knowledge
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or GED
- 2-4 years of customer service or inside sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
- Legally eligible to work in the US
- Advanced degree or relevant sales certifications preferred
- Outstanding relationship management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Typing proficiency
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics for CRM or similar software systems
