About the role
- Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports across HubSpot and related systems.
- Analyze data spanning the full customer lifecycle: marketing engagement, sales pipeline, onboarding, adoption, renewals, and product usage.
- Translate raw data into actionable insights for executives, department leads, and frontline teams.
- Partner with Marketing to assess campaign effectiveness and lead funnel performance.
- Support Sales Development and Sales with pipeline analytics, conversion metrics, and forecasting.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to track adoption, retention, churn risk, and expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product to evaluate feature adoption, customer usage patterns, and feedback data, informing the roadmap.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across HubSpot, ChurnZero, and other systems.
- Recommend process improvements based on data findings to enhance operational efficiency.
- Contribute to data governance frameworks and help enforce standards for new fields, integrations, and reporting practices.
- Identify leading and lagging indicators of customer health and company performance.
- Deliver insights that influence GTM strategy, customer experience initiatives, and product development.
- Present findings to leadership in a clear, concise, and actionable way.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in SaaS or technology.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot reporting, dashboards, and lifecycle analytics.
- Familiarity with Customer Success Platforms such as ChurnZero.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Product teams.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Naturally curious and detail-oriented.
- Strong communicator/presenter who can “tell the story” behind the data.
- Comfortable balancing day-to-day reporting needs with long-term strategic projects.
- Self-motivated and interested in learning.
