Full-stack Engineer

• Provide hands-on technical leadership in the design, integration, implementation, and evolution of a scalable, enterprise-grade SaaS platform serving the human services sector.
• Architect and extend a modern microservices ecosystem that delivers high configurability across data modeling, integrations, workflows, notifications, and data persistence.

Lead Engineer

Account Executive

• Share the benefits of Casebook’s products to prospective customers in the United States and Canada: SMB nonprofits in human services/social services, Local and state government agencies and departments, Tribal government organizations.
• Develop and execute a territory plan to achieve the revenue necessary to attain quota.
• Generate sales leads from existing and new relationships and follow up on marketing-generated leads.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
• Have the ability to establish strong business relationships with nonprofit and government leaders.
• Develop sales opportunities into signed deals.
• Monitor the market, maintaining an awareness of competitor activity and passing this information, through proper channels, to the product management and sales teams.

• Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports across HubSpot and related systems

Community Manager

• The Casebook Customer Experience team seeks an experienced and entrepreneurial Community Manager to join our expanding team. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this role demands a driven self-starter with a background in community management, preferably within the nonprofit sector or with a demonstrated understanding of its dynamics.
• Establish and manage communities for customers, including online forums and in-person user group events.
• Produce and moderate engaging multimedia content tailored to the community's interests and strategic goals.
• Develop events, groups, and activities to foster member engagement and advocacy.
• Address community inquiries and feedback, sharing insights with internal teams, including product and marketing.
• Identify and cultivate key advocates within the community, tracking their interest in becoming customer champions, references, or contributors to case studies.
