About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain sensitivity to confidential matters.
  • Provide legal and strategic advice on real estate and general corporate matters.
  • Manage external counsel on real estate and general corporate matters.
  • Draft and negotiate various real estate agreements on behalf of the Company.
  • Draft and negotiate various general corporate agreements on behalf of the Company.
  • Prepare and present on various legal topics.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with employees at all levels within the Company.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Juris Doctor required
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required
  • Proficiency in drafting and reviewing real estate documents and general commercial contracts
  • Significant experience reviewing title work and ALTA/NSPS surveys
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to think creatively when problem solving
  • Strong empathy and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Some travel may be required
