About the role

  • Direct support to the department’s requests and to partners.
  • Research and analysis of laws and regulations, including the preparation of legal opinions and content for social media/webinars.
  • Drafting templates and documents related to the practice area.
  • Technical review of emails, assistants’ tasks, and scheduled deadlines.
  • Review of performance and financial reports.
  • Participation in meetings with external and internal clients.

Requirements

  • Law degree with active OAB registration
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Corporate Law (emphasis on corporations/Sociedades Anônimas)
  • Intermediate to advanced English (technical reading and drafting)
  • Proactivity, emotional intelligence, and ability to work autonomously
  • Knowledge of Regulatory Law procedures
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
