About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support recruitment and selection processes for operational, administrative, and technical positions.
  • Screen résumés and schedule interviews.
  • Conduct interviews for lower-complexity positions.
  • Support hiring managers during the selection process.
  • Operate the Gupy platform to post job openings, manage candidate pipelines, and monitor processes.
  • Support the development of recruitment and selection metrics.
  • Assist in the execution of performance review cycles.
  • Support training and development programs.
  • Support activities related to organizational culture and employee engagement.
  • Participate in the preparation and monitoring of Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
  • Support the updating of job descriptions.
  • Assist with salary surveys and market analyses.
  • Keep organizational charts and salary schedules up to date.
  • Support internal movements and salary classification processes.
  • Act as an interface between employees, HR, and accounting/partner firms.
  • Support hiring processes, contract amendments, and terminations.
  • Administer benefits, including enrollments, removals, and registry updates.
  • Assist in verifying payroll information.
  • Plan and execute internal communication initiatives.
  • Support institutional campaigns, commemorative dates, and corporate events.
  • Produce content for internal communication channels.
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at organizational climate and employee engagement.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Experience as an HR Generalist.
  • Experience in recruitment and selection processes.
  • Basic knowledge of the Gupy platform.
  • Experience supporting activities in Learning & Development/Organizational Development, Benefits, Payroll (HR Administration), and Internal Communications.
