About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Strategically manage international import and export operations;
Develop strategies to reduce logistics, tax and operational costs;
Lead negotiations with international suppliers, freight forwarders and strategic partners;
Ensure customs, tax and regulatory compliance across all operations;
Monitor logistics performance indicators, costs and lead times;
Lead continuous improvement, automation and operational efficiency projects;
Support strategic decisions related to international purchasing, supply chain and international expansion;
Serve as the technical lead for the international trade area;
Establish policies, workflows and operational procedures;
Support audits, certifications and international risk management;
Develop analyses of international markets, trends and global commercial opportunities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in international trade, international relations or related fields;
Advanced English required;
Intermediate Excel;
Experience with customs compliance; international logistics management; global supply chain planning; international negotiation; KPI and performance management; and management of operational and regulatory risks.
